Avoid white foods - bread (flour), sugar (sweeteners), salt,
milk (dairy)

One of many amazing facts about my life is I survived for 60 years without an IPhone. I could talk on the phone, find my way to any address or destination, play games, mail letters, keep track of contacts without a smart phone.
Today I see people everywhere using their smart phone when the walk down the street, eating at restaurant, and driving their car. Soon they will be imbedded inside our bodies.
