It is a good day when..

Key to living a long, health, happy, holy, prosperous life:

Breathe - Breathe to live; breathe deep and long to energize.

PMA - have a positive mental attitude

Happy - give thanks for all things and to every one

Faith - believe in a higher power; greater than you

Active - be and stay active

Goals - Set goals and take action

Avoid white foods - bread (flour), sugar (sweeteners), salt, milk (dairy)

Live a life worth living

• I am breathing

One of many amazing facts about my life is I survived for 60 years without an IPhone.  I could talk on the phone, find my way to any address or destination, play games, mail letters, keep track of contacts without a smart phone.  

Today I see people everywhere using their smart phone when the walk down the street, eating at restaurant, and driving their car.   Soon they will be imbedded inside our bodies.  

1. In the beginning

There was light and I popped out.  


Maybe I was pushed out. 

I do not remember much about that day. My brain was not fully functioning at the time.  Really, I do not remember anything.  I do not know who was there, what I did, how I got there, or how I got home.  As a required participant, I am sure my Mother was there. 

I become an I am.  I am a human.  I am a child. I am a man.  I am a son. I am a brother and an uncle.  I am a father and a grandfather. I am a husband. I am a friend.  I am a business manager.  I am a facilitator.  I am an investor.  I am a traveller. I am a citizen of plant earth.  I am a creator.  I am a problem solver.  I am a communicator. I am a listener.  I am a yogi  I am so many roles and personalities with so many unique thoughts, experiences, and relationships.  I am unique and special. I am unique. I am different. I am special. I am loved.

It was my first birth day.  I was begat.  I become a member of that large group who have been begat throughout the past, present, and future. 

This day was truly the first day of the rest of my life.  

I am inspired and encouraged to write my story so this is the beginning.
